RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason your are not content with your purchase you may return your merchandise minus a 45% restocking fee which covers our shipping cost to you and our warehouse handling and restocking charges. Shipping cost are incurred by the customer for delivery and returns. Items must be packaged well and in unused condition. (hey well use your deck tile return for a tradeshow floor) To avoid purchase errors we strongly recommend purchasing a sample so you better understand the product and its natural beauty. .

We accept most major credit cards and will promptly send your order, our products are in stock and ready to ship with a typical turnaround time of 5-7 days.

5-10 business days 24 HOURS after receiving payment

Picking up material locally from our warehouse : If you are nearby one of our distribution centers you may pick up the material directly and we wil discount the shipping cost from your order.

FINISH:

The tiles are boxed from our factory with a sanded finish and oiled with an anti cracking soy based sealer NOT A UV PROTECTANT. It is up to the user to implement an annual oil application with any linseed based oil UV sealer, see our maintenance section for more details.. We highly recommend using an oil penetrating sealer on the tiles after installation is complete if a warm rich color is desired, otherwise the tiles will slowly patina to silver. We recommend Cabot Australian Timber Oil or Messmers Exotic Hardwood Sealer, both available at your local building supply center. As with all natural wood products, decking tiles are subject to color variances which are part of the natural look and beauty of these products. Upon opening of the boxes and laying of the tiles there will be some natural color variation which will even out over time and oil applications.


QUANTITY:

Broken boxes are accepted in orders over 10 sq ft, Minumum order of 10-12 square feet depending on the product, if you require less than 10 tiles check out our sample page and order multiple samples.
